How it works

1. Discovery

Once you fill my the contact form, we’ll hop on a discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit. If we’re aligned, I’ll send over a proposal and contract. Once that’s signed, you’ll get a questionnaire so we can align on your goals and set a clear direction for the project.

2. DESIGN TIME!!

My favorite part! This is where everything we’ve talked about comes to life. I’ll present an initial concept or direction (depending on the service), and you’ll get two rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels juuust right.

3. Delivery

Woohoo, we made it! Once we wrap things up and the final payment is in, I’ll send over all your final files; ready for launch, sharing, and celebrating your next chapter.

  • All my prices are project based, so I will be able to come up with a final rate only after I know the entire project scope. Your total investment will be presented in a Project Proposal, with an overview of the project in terms of deliverables and timeline.

  • Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your project, but it varies from 1–2 months. After our discovery call, I’ll be able to give you a more accurate estimate based on your specific needs.

  • Yes! A deposit is required to secure your spot, and your remaining balance can be paid in one, two, or three installments; whatever works best for you! The exact breakdown will be based on your final project investment.

  • Because of the nature of design work, I can’t offer refunds. However, I do include two rounds of revisions in every project to make sure we have room to refine, adjust, and land on a final result you’re happy with!
